This was before our daughter was born, and I read that breastfed baby poo is water soluble. I thought, great! I don't have to mess with the poo for 4-6 months, and then I can decide if I want to keep cloth diapering. Well fast-forward 13 months and we're still going strong! I always see her posts about meeting for coffee but am too far away!

I looove cloth diapering and really have a passion for it. It sounds silly and only a fellow cloth diapering mama could understand. Other people look at me like I'm crazy for getting so excited over something my kid poops in. I love that I'm doing good for the environment and doing good for my baby at the same time. I was hesitant to start at first too and didn't start until my LO was almost 4 months old. As a new mom, I was overwhelmed already, I didn't even want to think about extra laundry or folding/sorting diapers. Now that I know how easy it is, we will definitely diaper our next one from day 1!

Good luck, I hope you win!!
fmgrice2(at)yahoo(dot)comFelicia Rhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08882141876224973365noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8999709967340170433.post-63681879531126144532012-01-09T09:35:27.036-06:002012-01-09T09:35:27.036-06:00Very inspiring story! My husband was actually completely on board, and we've been exclusively using them since our baby was born! It saves money, helps the environment, and is better for her. Now I'm having the problem of her soaking through during the night though. I'm looking for a new brand/awesome soakers for nighttime!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8999709967340170433.post-88804380160989954972012-01-08T22:08:01.291-06:002012-01-08T22:08:01.291-06:00I'm a first time mom via the miracle of IVF. ...I'm a first time mom via the miracle of IVF. I've enjoyed reading your blog and the info you give ( I don't even recall how I came to like it on Facebook but glad I did). Ibe been wanting to try cloth diapers but have no clue where to start. None of my mom friends do the fluff so not sure exactly where to start. Would love to try -- even joined the change three a day challenge but haven't got the diapers yet. Looking forward to reading and finding out more thru your blog. I feel so inspired to share the fluffy message! I'm a cloth diapering mama myself and I wish there had been someone to help get me started. It was so confusing learning all the lingo and trying to figure out what system I wanted, all the accessories I would need- I felt so lost! Now that I have it figured out I would love to be able to help someone else. I would love for the world to know just how EASY cloth diapering is these days. It's economical, convenient, and oh my gosh don't get me started on how adorable a fluffy bum is! I almost had to make a sandwich Cloth diapering is such a wonderful thing. i knew that I would be using cloth before I got pregnant. It makes me happy. I hate laundry, but there is something soothing about washing my fluff. The community has been great. I am thinking about a cloth diapering nonprofit inspired by Jennifer Labit's practically free diaper post.orangegingerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16890499665040524846noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8999709967340170433.post-26681920793860606742012-01-08T21:51:43.338-06:002012-01-08T21:51:43.338-06:00Love!
